HWTC's prototype business covers CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum casting, molded prototypes, prototype injection mold fabrication, rotational molding, compression molding, vacuum forming, lost wax casting, metal part lathe cutting, stamping, sheet metal, forging, die casting, small-batch injection molding, and low-volume production.

For mold manufacturing, HWTC provides various types of mold manufacturing services according to the needs of customers at different stages of product development and production, including prototype molds for the development and verification stage, bridge molds for small-batch trial production and trial sales, and mass-production molds for mass production. The mold process design includes overmolding molds, two-color molds, core-pulling molds, IMD, IML molds, etc.

Besides, HWTC also provides free engineering consulting services for customers, like suggesting appropriate processes and materials in accordance with customers' actual product specifications, conducting DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, and providing suggestions for product design and development, as well as offering customers one-stop engineering services ranging from prototyping, development testing and verification, prototype mold and production mold manufacturing, to small-batch trial production and mass production.
